Week of May 13, 2013 

Parents: There are several students who have stopped turning in homework on a regular basis. If you see a grade of 50% on your child's homework grade, it was because the assignment was not turned in.

Social Studies: Test on Tuesday; Visual Glossary for Chapter 6 due -- (This was on last week's information page as being scheduled for Monday, but was moved to Tuesday due to time constraints. The review sheet was given out last week as homework. Those who did the assignment reviewed the answers in class.)
 
Homework and other info: 

Monday: Social Studies Homework - Study for Chapter 6 test; visual glossary due on Tuesday

Tuesday: Social Studies Test; Math Homework - (on notebook paper) Envision pp. 110-11, #1-13 (odd) and pp. 146-147, #1-13 (odd) -- For this assignment, I am asking for work and complete answers. Students do not have to write the questions. However, the answer must be completely written. All students know that a letter response is not acceptable. Those who choose not to follow these directions will be required to write the questions before their homework will be accepted.

Wednesday: Math Homework - (on notebook paper) Envision pp. 166-167, #1-13 (odd) and pp. 186-187, #1-13 (odd) -- For this assignment, I am asking for work and complete answers. Students do not have to write the questions. However, the answer must be completely written. All students know that a letter response is not acceptable. Those who choose not to follow these directions will be required to write the questions before their homework will be accepted.

Thursday: No homework for those who are current on all assignments

Friday: Multiplication/Division Facts Quizzes (50 problems from each area in 2 minutes); Math Quiz on this week's Envision Review Homework
