YEARBOOK                                                                                                 
THE 2009-2010 yearbook is now on sale. Order forms will be accepted until Dec. 11th.  If you have questions, please contact Cynthia Donghit at cdong@comcast.net.


COOKIE DOUGH PICKUP                                                                           
Mark  your calendars for cookie dough pickup on Thursday, November 19th.  This is the same day as the Thanksgiving luncheon, so after lunch, be sure and stop by the stage for your order. Families who ordered cookie dough will receive a reminder notice this week.  

MR. ROGERS SWEATER DRIVE                                                               

Collections for Mr. Roger's Sweater Drive are in full swing with a special box located in the foyer for your donations.  This drive is sponsored by WJCT. Sweaters, blankets, hats, scarves and jackets are needed for North Florida men, women and children. The top three schools will receive Blue Bell Ice Cream for the entire school. Winners are determined by number of items collected in relation to school size.

ANOTHER SPECIAL EVENT!                                                                     
 Information was sent home last week about another fundraiser- Family Dinner Out.  This catered Italian dinner will also feature entertainment, a silent auction, and other family fun.  Don't miss it on Thursday, December 3rd.  There are two seatings for dinner:  Seating 1 from 5:30-6:30 and Seating 2 from 7:00-8:00.  Remember to turn in your registration form within the next two weeks.

Our next early dismissal day for students is  this Wednesday, November 18th.
Dismissal begins at 1:30 p.m.


THANKSGIVING LUNCHEON                                              
Parents are invited to have lunch at school with your child this Thursday, November 19th.  We will be serving traditional Thanksgiving fare including turkey with gravy, mashed potatotes, cornbread stuffing, green beans, fruit, and dessert.  Order forms and revised lunch schedules were sent home with students last week.  Please prepay for your turkey luncheon both to expedite the line and to help us determine how much food to prepare.

Students must bring cash or use their prepaid account and PIN number at the register.  Parents will pick up their tickets on Thursday in the foyer and will use the right side of the cafeteria line.


MILITARY APPRECIATION NIGHT                  
Thanks to all who attended Military Appreciation Night and to those who made donations for the event.  Special thanks to Carla Forest for organizing the event and for providing a variety of special guests to share support and services available for military families.
