Week of 02/01/10
     Spelling:  We will continue working on our CVCE.  This week we will be focusing on "long O" and "long U".  Some examples of of these are rope, cone, cube, tube...

Skills: We working on alphabetical order, word endings "ft, lk, nt", and sorting into categories. 

     Reading: We will be working on parts of a story, (story structure) Characters, Events, Problem/Solution, Setting

     Math: We will be reviewing 2D/3D shapes, quilt patterns, giving directions.  There will be an end of unit test

     Science: We will be working on living and non-living things

**Reminders**
    We will be celebrating our 100th day on Friday, 02/05.  Please don't forget to bring in 100 of your assigned items.
