Read 180 is a research based intervention program designed for students reading below grade level. The program has three major components: individualized computer work, small group instruction, and independent reading. I need YOUR help with the independent reading. Although students read independently in class, in order to really strengthen reading skills they need to also be reading at home. Please make sure your child is reading a book from the Media Center at least 20 minutes every night.
