Upcoming Events:  
On Monday November 23rd our class is having a feast to celebrate Thanksgiving and our different heritages. Food is the simplest way to introduce a new culture to the students. If you are able to make a dish for our feast please let us know. We want to celebrate where we all came from!

What are we studying in class:
Math- Multiplying decimals and fraction. Review of adding and subtracting fractions 
Quiz Friday- Multiplying, adding, subtracting fractions and multiplying decimals. 

***Students also need to know their multiplication facts from 0-10. The students are tested on these facts every day and are given 100 problems to finish in a 2 minute time period. A good way to practice is by making multiplication flash cards. A website that may be helpful with these facts: aplusmath.com  

Social Studies- The First Thanksgiving, Colonial America, The 13 colonies 
Quiz Friday-Open book test 


Homework: Please read for at least 20 minutes and complete math worksheet
