On this page you will find important information that pertains to ALL of my classes.  For individual class infomation, assignments, documents, etc., locate your class link in the list to the left.

Class Rules:
1.  Be seated in class when the bell rings, and involved, as per instructions, throughout class.
2.  Be prepared for class.  Have all supplies and ID (must be worn to enter room)- NO locker passes will be given to get textbooks or work.
3.  No food.  No portable electronics, toys, or makeup & beauty accessories should be out.
4.  Treat everyone with respect.  This includes you, other students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
5.  The restroom may be used before class or during individual or group work time, NOT during teacher-led instruction.  Only one person at a time is to be out of the room.

Consequences:
     -Teacher/student conference
     -Moving student to alternative seat
     -Phone conference with parent- I absolutely DO call your parents
     -Referral to Assistant Principal

Rituals:
1.  Read daily agenda on the board for specific directions.
2.  Place any homework in the top tray on the table at the front of the room before the tardy bell rings.  Any work turned in after the tardy bell is considered late and will receive only partial credit.  I will NOT give locker passes to retrieve class work.  Make sure you remember to bring your work to class.
3.  If you have been absent, check the make-up notebook as well as the class website.  You are responsible for getting clarification on any assignments that you do not understand.  I will not assist you during class, but you may get with me after school on Tuesdays/Thursdays to get assistance on assignments.  To make up any missed tests I must have an excused absence on file.  You have three school days to make up your work. 
4.  The pencil sharpener and stapeler at the front of the room are for student use.  You may uses these items during the work period (when I am not addressing the class) or before the tardy bell rings.
5.  Please raise your hand and wait quiety for my attention unles otherwise directed.
6.  I will give you plenty of time at the end of class to gather your things.  DO NOT begin to "pack up" until I instruct you to do so.
7.  Remain in your seat until I dismiss class.
8.  Tape, a three-hole punch, and tissues are located on my desk; as a result, you must ask before you use these items.
9.  Use "loose leaf" paper for assignments.  Do not turn in paper torn from notebooks. 
10.  The restroom key belongs on my desk.  It will be confiscated by an administrator if you are found off the second floor in the F building.  It may take me several days to get it back.
11.  Please take all of your personal items with you when you leave my class.  I will not be responsible for them.
